East Fishkill Democratic Committee Endorses Candidates

EAST FISHKILL—At its May meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, the East Fishkill Democratic Committee endorsed candidates for various offices. Winning the endorsements were:

John Hall for New York’s 19th Congressional District
Joseph Huff for New York State Assembly, 103rd District
Joan Posner for Dutchess County Family Court Judge
Ronald Friedman for Town of East Fishkill Justice

The East Fishkill Democratic Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the East Fishkill Library on Route 376. Meetings are open to the public. Registered Democrats are welcome to join the committee.

East Fishkill Democratic Committee Elects New Officers

EAST FISHKILL—At its annual reorganizational meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, the following residents of East Fishkill were elected to serve on the East Fishkill Democratic Committee:

• Chairman: Michael Rizzo
• Vice Chairman: Alfred (Al) Marotta
• Secretary: Anu Bhatia
• Treasurer: Richard Dennison

Officers serve the organization for a two-year term.
